Hi everyone
From time to time I have to go back into one of my crochet patterns and make some changes. It could be to update the Yarn List if shades have been discontinued. It could be because someone has identified a mistake in the pattern – yes, even I am not perfect, lol – or I may decide to rewrite a part in order to clarify it.
Whatever the reason, it’s important that those of you who’ve purchased the pattern in question are aware of the changes.
Which is why this page will become the Go To to find these Updates. When you purchase a pattern it doesn’t necessarily mean you will be using it right away. You may wait quite a while before starting and in that time I may have made an amendment to it.
So now there will be a link on the first page of the pattern to bring you to this page on my website, and you can check if there are any changes before you begin crocheting.
The updates will be listed by pattern and date.
THE GRANNY DOES CHRISTMAS BLANKET
October 13th 2025 – page 22, Section Four, Part One – the joining colour name was missed out. It is DARK SAGE.
October 29th 2025 – page 20, Section Three, Round Eight – you should turn over after this round, not as stated. I’ve also made it clearer which side of the blanket each of Rounds 1 -14 is worked on. You will automatically receive the update if you purchased the pattern on Ravelry. If you purchased it on Etsy, please message me via Etsy to request the updated pattern. You will need to let me have your email address and say which version, UK or US you prefer.
THE TOUCH OF FROST BLANKET
October 19th 2025 – page 10 mentions the colour TWINKLE SOFT BEIGE. That should read TWINKLE SILVER.
THE MAY BLOSSOM & AUTUMN GOLD BLANKET
November 21st November 2025 – updated pattern published. This new version now offers the choice of downloading a UK or US pattern. Also there were one or two typos relating to the yarn colours. These have now been fixed.
